The European Coalition of Cities against Racism (ECCAR) is a network of cities sharing experiences in order to improve policies to fight racism, discrimination and xenophobia.

UNITED and the European Coalition of Cities Against Racism (ECCAR - www.eccar.info) have recently agreed to cooperate in the European-wide campaigns against racism and intolerance. A written covenant was signed by both parties on 11 April 2013. Through this partnership both organisations aim to stimulate cooperation and establish better links between (local) NGOs and local and regional authorities.
