Strength in Diversity – Poster Competition
To mark European Action Week Against Racism 2016, UNITED organised a special poster competition and called on all its partner organisations and supporters to submit poster designs that represent the theme of “Strength in Diversity”.
All suitable submissions have been published on an online gallery on the Action Week Against Racism website, and the best entries were presented at a special event in Budapest to mark 21 March. Prizes on offer for the winners include:
- A limited edition UNITED T-shirt
- A limited edition No Hate Speech Movement laptop bag
- A waiver on participation fee at the UNITED autumn conference*
- PLUS – a chance that your design could be selected as the official campaign poster for next year’s European Action Week Against Racism campaign, visible to hundreds of thousands of participants at campaign activities all over Europe!
Winners
On 21 March, UNITED was proud to announce the winners of the Strength in Diversity Poster Competition!
The winning entries were presented in a special event at Aurora in Budapest.
1st – “UNITED” by Coline Robin (Graz, Austria)
2nd – “Guess Who” by Chiara Scabini (Genoa, Italy)
3rd – “We Are Europe” by Teodora Koleva (Sofia, Bulgaria)
